Why Won't My Credit Card Work?
If you’re outside the UK, verify with your bank or credit card company that your card is authorized for international transactions before placing your order. This authorization process can take up to 24 business hours to reflect in the credit card processing network.
Many banks have automatic fraud detection systems that flag international purchases as unusual if you don't typically make such transactions. Should this occur, contact your bank to authorize the charge. Note that your bank won't know what you're purchasing unless you inform them.
For US customers, be aware that most prepaid cards are restricted to domestic use, as indicated on the back of the card. Unfortunately, these rules are beyond our control.
If your credit or debit card isn’t compatible with our payment system, you can opt to pay via cash, bank transfer, or bitcoins.
