We get it — sometimes you change your mind. No stress. If you need to send something back, just follow the steps below.

Return Conditions

1. Unopened package: Returns only apply to unopened packs.

2. 28-day window: Send it back within 28 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

1. Pack it tight: Use a padded mailer to stop anything getting crushed.

2. Include the Return Form: Fill out the Gorilla Return Form and drop it inside the mailer.

3. Seal it up: Tape it well — no half-closed flaps.

4. Add your address: Write your return address clearly, just in case.

5. Send tracked: Always post it with recorded delivery. We can’t cover lost or untracked returns.
