Has my order shipped?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package goes out the door. This is the fastest way to know if your order has shipped. Please check your Spam/Junk folder in addition to your Inbox.
You can also find your shipment information with your order number & email address using our Order Tracker. If you don't know your order Id, it can be retrieved by logging into your account.
You can track your package using your tracking number by visiting your national postal service site as follows
- For UK and first leg of international shipments
- For US shipment
- For rest of world
